7-Day Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-Day Return Policy from the date your order is delivered. You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- Items are missing from your order.
- You wish to return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets the conditions below.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The perfume bottle should not be excessively used (only minimal testing is acceptable).
- The product must be returned with its original box and packaging.
- Clear photos or videos may be requested to verify the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Products returned after the 7-day return period.
- Products that are heavily used or intentionally damaged.
- Damage caused by customer mishandling or improper storage.
- Incomplete returns without the original packaging or accessories.
