Our products and services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and truthful.
All products displayed on this site are subject to availability. While we make every effort to keep our catalogue accurate and up to date, we reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product without prior notice.
Colors, packaging, and fragrance descriptions are presented as accurately as possible, though slight variations may occur due to display settings or natural batch differences inherent to fine fragrance production.
All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp summarizing your purchase. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability; final confirmation is issued once payment has been verified and the order enters processing.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days of payment verification. Delivery timelines vary by location and are handled by our third-party courier partners; while we monitor every shipment closely, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned unless found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Returns & Refund Policy above.
We strive to ensure all fragrance notes, descriptions, and usage guidance published on our site are accurate. However, scent perception is subjective and can vary from person to person based on skin chemistry, so descriptions should be considered a guide rather than a guarantee of individual experience.
